Patient Journey

We have created a video to walk you through the patient journey, informing you what to expect when you visit. We look forward to seeing you.

4th June 2020

The practice will re-open for patients who require URGENT dental treatment on Monday 8th June 2020. This will be extended to other patient groups as the demand for URGENT care decreases. Our team will prepare the practice for reopening and practising our updated procedures before patients return to the practice. Click here to view our full Covid-19 Reopening Policy which includes information on available treatments, patient communication and our updated practice procedures.

The Chief Dental Officer and regulators in the UK have directed all dental practices to close until further notice. I have diverted the surgery number to my mobile. You can also get in touch with me on info@reptondental.co.uk or 07587632969. I will update you further when we have more details of the Urgent Treatment Hubs that are being set up by the Government for dental emergencies. I will be happy to offer a telephone consultation with patients of Repton Dental in the mean time.

25th March 2020

Yesterday afternoon all dental practices in the UK received a message from the Chief Dental Officer instructing all dental surgeries to close temporarily in order to further slow the spread of the Coronavirus. We will now only be able to deal with the most Urgent of Emergencies by using telephone and video calling Should you need this service please call: 07587632969. THIS AFFECTS ALL DENTAL PRACTICES. We are taking calls for advice during this period. The practice has been inundated with calls from patients of other practices and unfortunately we have to restrict our service to our plan and registered patients. We are also very concerned that our plan and registered patients continue to keep themselves safe and by offering this service we will hopefully be able to ensure they do not need the services of the overloaded NHS 111. Our plan members have numerous benefits one of which is redundancy cover. If you have unfortunately been made redundant at this time, please contact Practice Plan on 01691 684 120 in order to discuss whether they can provide any assistance to keep your plan running to ensure you continue to be able to access our service at this challenging time. Lauren and Emily have continued working with sterling effort in this testing of time. I would like to thank them both for supporting our patients in this difficult period.
